Founded by Violetta Glikstein, MS CCC-SLP, Founder & Executive Director, Speech Guru Inc. embodies her 18+ years of experience in speech and language pathology, with a strong focus on mentoring and fostering the growth of speech-language pathologists. Her expertise spans public schools, private practice, residential schools, and long-term care facilities, with a primary focus on working with challenging students on the autism spectrum and those with psychological disorders.
Violetta has extensive experience in developing IEPs and has worked at the Harvard-affiliated McLean Hospital Center for Neurodevelopmental Disorders, gaining deep insight into complex cases. As a preceptor for students from Greater Boston area universities, she is dedicated to guiding the next generation of SLPs. Her role uniquely positions her to match the credentials of new graduates and experienced SLPs with their ideal professional settings.
